LandRaxx is an independent supplier of mini excavators and compact construction equipment based in Brooklyn, New York, USA. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any equipment manufacturer.

3. Products & Pricing

All products are sold in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and specifications, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

7. Warranty

Machines sold by LandRaxx carry a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Our liability under the warranty is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LandRaxx's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content, engage in fraudulent transactions, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
