Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your machine. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your machine must:
- Be in the same condition as when received — unused or minimally used, with no damage beyond normal inspection
- Include all original accessories, documentation, and packaging where applicable
- Not have been modified, altered, or used commercially beyond initial inspection
Non-Returnable Items
- Machines that have been used commercially or beyond initial inspection/testing
- Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper operation
- Machines with missing components, altered serial numbers, or unauthorized modifications
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at contact@landraxequipment.shop with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the machine's current condition
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective machine), we cover return shipping costs in full. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return freight costs. Heavy equipment return freight typically costs $300–$800 depending on location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned machine, we will notify you of the refund decision within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–12 business days. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your machine for a different model, please initiate a return and place a new order. We do not process direct exchanges.
Warranty Claims
All machines come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are separate from returns — contact us for warranty service instructions.
